Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your participation
in BePharma 2020, the following applies:

A formal request must be made in writing to dori@bepharma.org and any refunds will be processed after the event has finished.

Once the payment has been effected and the cancellation request has been received by February 29th, 2020, an administrative fee of 10% will be charged.

For cancellations received between March 1st and July 31st, 2020, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost of your participation will apply.

Unfortunately, NO cancellations can be accepted in the last 30 days before the start of the event, therefore, cancellations and non-attendances are not refundable.

For cancellations received between August 1st through 17th, 2020, a cancellation fee of 45% of the total cost of your participation will apply, or an administrative fee of 30% difference will be credited towards the payment of your participation in the next event.

The corresponding reimbursement will be made by electronic wire transfer.

All amounts are subject to the Value Added Tax (VAT) currently in force in Mexico. This Cancellation Policy is subject to change without notice.
