Cancellations
If you need to cancel your attendance
at BePharma 2020 the following applies:

Any cancellation must be informed in writing and sent to dori@bepharma.org and any refund will be processed after the event is over.

For cancellations received 7 to 30 days prior to the event, your registration may only be transferred to the next event at a transfer charge of US$250.00 plus VAT.

Over 60 days prior to the event, an administrative fee of US$50.00 plus VAT will be withheld.

Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted during the last 6 days leading up to the event or during the event itself, reason why those and any no-shows are neither refundable nor transferable.

Between 31 and 60 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of US$250.00 plus VAT applies.

Any refund will be effected per electronic wire transfer to your company’s bank account.
