What is BePharma?

This B2B event of the pharmaceutical industry for America and the world will be held in Mexico City in September 2020 and will allow your company for 3 days to have one- on-one appointments with manufacturers and distributors of medicines, as well as suppliers of the industry from different parts of the world.


Now under the name BePharma, in 2020, all healthcare divisions will be included, and we will continue to be the most important networking & partnering event in America.


Mexico City hosts the pharmaceutical networking & partnering event that annually brings together more than 150 companies from around the world to promote their products and services in an international setting.

Complete the online registration application form. Once received, the Event Coordinator will evaluate the same and notify you of its acceptance via e-mail..


On receipt of your confirmation of participation in the event you will be notified when to make your payment according to the terms and conditions of participation.


Once the appointment scheduling period has begun, you may request 30-minute appointments through the dashboard to take place during the event.


The request will either be accepted or denied by the company and you will receive an email notification.


At the end of the Appointment Scheduling Period we will arrange your business agenda and it will be supplied to you approximately 1 week prior to the event.


We recommend you bring with you any information you consider necessary such as a professional digital presentation, business cards and other relevant material.





BePharma was conceived as an on-site event where managers and representatives of companies from all divisions of healthcare in different countries could meet once a year in order to hold meetings that would allow them to do new business, follow up on those that have already started and learn about new products and new markets in the world.


Extraordinary times require extraordinary measures. This phrase applies today more than ever. And BePharma 2020 is rising to the occasion: for those participants who will not be able to travel to Mexico and participate “in person” in our event, we offer a "virtual" alternative. We are aware that participating virtually will never be the same as being present at the event, but we can still assure you that you will have your meetings with the same accuracy, formality and certainty that has always characterized our event.
