What is BePharma Hybrid?

This B2B event of the pharmaceutical industry for America and the world will be held in Mexico City in September 2021 and will allow your company for 3 days in a live event to confirm one-on-one appointments with manufacturers and distributors of medicines, as well as suppliers of the industry from different parts of the world. And for those who cannot travel yet, BePharma Hybrid offers a two week virtual event, where you can confirm unlimited videoconferences with your future business partners!

Fill in the online registration request form. Once received, the event's head coordinator will evaluate it and notify you of its acceptance by e-mail.

Upon receipt of your confirmation of participation in the event, you will be informed when to make your payment according to our terms and conditions of participation.

You must indicate in your Profile you mode of participation, either live event only, live and virtual (hybrid version), or virtual only.

Once the appointment scheduling period has started, both for the live and the virtual event, you will be able to request meetings with your future business partners through the Dashboard. For the on-site-event, the meetings have a duration of 30 minutes each, for the virtual event, slots of 1 hour are reserved for each videoconference.

The meeting request may be accepted or denied by the corresponding company, which you can easily verify in your Dashboard.

At the end of the appointment scheduling period, we will organize your business agenda for the in-person-event, which you can download form your Dashboard one week before the event. For the virtual event you will be able to place your confirmed meetings in the slots indicated as available by each company.
