Extraordinary times require extraordinary measures. This phrase applies today more than ever.
BePharma 2020 is accepting the challenge: for participants who will not be able to travel to Mexico and participate in our event in person, we offer a “virtual” alternative.
We are aware that virtual participation will never be the same as being present at the event, but we can still assure you that you will have your meetings with the same punctuality, formality and security that has always characterized our event, using our own videoconferencing system.
You will be able to request one-on-one meetings, lasting 30 minutes each, with any of the other participating companies through the Dashboard specially designed for our participants.

At BePharma 2020 you can perform as maximum 40 one-on-one appointments throughout the 3 days of the event

Your registration gives you access to:

  • Fill out and manage your Company Profile, indicating what you are looking for or offering within our event.
  • Review the Company Profiles of the other participants.
  • Filter and classify information.
  • Send appointment requests as well as answer the appointment requests you receive.
  • Contact the other participants through a message system prior to the event.
  • Opening (live stream)

And subsequently to the videoconferencing system specially designed for our event, in order to cover your needs during each meeting:

  • Meeting with high quality audio and video.
  • You can share presentations or share your screen.
  • Interactive access to any presentation and / or shared screen.
  • Private chat (with only one specific participant) or with the whole group (in case of having more than two participants).

* Cabe mencionar que las reuniones se llevarán a cabo en el horario de la Ciudad de México (jueves y viernes entre las 9 am y 7 pm, sábado entre 8:30 am y 4:30 pm).

  • A formal request must be made in writing to dori@bepharma.org and any refunds will be processed after the event has finished.
  • For cancellations received between March 1st and July 31st, 2020, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost of your participation will apply.
  • For cancellations received between August 1st through 17th, 2020, a cancellation fee of 45% of the total cost of your participation will apply, or an administrative fee of 30% difference will be credited towards the payment of your participation in the next event.
  • Unfortunately, NO cancellations can be accepted in the last 30 days before the start of the event, therefore, those and non-attendances are not refundable.
  • The corresponding reimbursement will be made by electronic wire transfer.

All amounts are subject to the Value Added Tax (VAT) currently in force in Mexico. This Cancellation Policy is subject to change without notice.
