Complete the online registration application form. Once received, the Event Coordinator will evaluate the same and notify you of its acceptance by e-mail.
On receipt of your confirmation of participation in the event you will be notified when to make your payment according to the terms and conditions of participation.
Once the appointment scheduling period has begun, you may request 30-minute appointments through the dashboard to take place during the event.
The request will either be accepted or denied by the company and you will receive an email notification
At the end of the Appointment Scheduling Period we will arrange your business agenda and it will be supplied to you approximately 1 week prior to the event.
We recommend you bring with you any information you consider necessary such as a professional digital presentation, business cards and other relevant material.
The data we request will be used to provide you with information about the annual BePharma event, follow-up on your registration for the event, organize your business meeting agenda for the event, among others. More information here.
